• The Registration fee is not refundable and is valid for a period of one year.
• The Great India Franchise disclaims and doesn’t take responsibility of any liability, injury, damage or loss for any reason or kind arising out of anywhere and way related to the discussion by the investor.
• Any disclosure of information, data forecasts, study summaries, materials, notes, analyses, complications provided by franchisor to TGIF and submitted to investor will be guaranteed accurate information. TGIF is only a consultative company and provides consultation.
• The franchisee and the franchisor are recommended to be very clear with all the provisions in order to secure themselves from future disputes.

It is always advisable and implemented for investor to take care of disclosure duplication, coping, and showing reproduced information of any kind.
